The Hope Center’s Job Placement program intentionally recognizes the skills, education, and professional experience participants bring from their home countries and works to translate those strengths into comparable employment opportunities in the U.S. workforce.

Through personalized assistance, we support participants with resume development, interview preparation, and understanding U.S. workplace expectations. The program also helps navigate credential evaluation, licensing pathways, and alternative career options when direct certification is not immediately available. Employer partnerships play a key role in connecting participants to positions that align with their experience.

After placement, our job services schedule regular check-ins, offer post employment troubleshooting for common issues (transportation, uniforms, etc), and continues to maintain contact with employers, all to encourage long term retention for our new hires.
