The Hope Center offers facility rentals in Cleveland designed to support a variety event types in a convenient community setting.

Please complete the form below to tell us more about your potential facility rental. All requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to your event.

Event Rental Information and Policies

Please review the checklist and policies below before submitting your request. After you submit your request, we will process it.

  • If your preferred date(s)/times are available, we will schedule you to come in to complete the Facility Reservation Agreement and discuss arrangements, which will list the day(s)/time(s) reserved and a breakdown of the fee(s) for your request. 

  • $200 Hold Fee is due the day of signing the facility reservation agreement. 

  • One week prior to the event, you must pay the entirety of your rental fee. 

  • One day prior to your event or the day of your event, you will pick up the keys. 


After your event 

  • Clean up and return the facility to its original clean condition. 

  • Be responsible for taking out all the trash. 

  • Leave the key inside of the building when finished, send a picture to the Facility Manager. 

  • Your deposit will be returned to you, upon request of less and damages if applicable usually within 2 weeks.

  • There is a $200.00 refundable key, cleaning and security deposit due at the time this contract is signed. The rental fee is $125.00/hour, with a 4-hour minimum, based on the time for which the room is reserved, including set up/clean up times. For rentals of 5-8 hours, a full-day rate of $700. The Connection Hub may not be rented for more than one day (8 hours). The rental fee is due one week prior

    to the event. The A/V System in the Connection Hub is available for limited sound amplification for an additional one-time $50 fee. An additional $100 deposit is required to secure access to the A/V system.

  • Available 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. All renters must have the rooms and areas cleaned and all attendees must be out of the building by 11:00p.m. Due to events sometimes being scheduled back to back in the same location, it is imperative that you clean up and vacate the building at your scheduled end time. Requests beyond rental hours must be approved and will result in additional fees.

  • You are responsible for all set-up and decorating, as well as clean up, vacuuming, picking up and bagging all trash, wiping off all tables, replacing tables and chairs, and taking out all trash to the dumpster. Cleaning must be completed to receive a cleaning deposit.

    Glitter, confetti, open-flame candles, and silly string are not permitted. Tape may not be applied to any walls or surfaces.

  • Smoking, alcoholic beverages, and inappropriate music are not permitted anywhere in and around the Hope Center facilities.

  • Room capacity limit according to fire code is 100 people. No more than 100 people allowed - NO exceptions. Events are monitored live by cameras. If more than 100 people are in the building at one time, the renter forfeits their security deposit automatically and BHITC staff will arrive on site to require the renter to lower guests to no more than 100 people.
